Art on the Prom 2023

We brought back a popular and longstanding community art fair from the brink. Art Eat was approached by East Suffolk Council and Visit Felixstowe BID with a desire to reinstate the longstanding open-air Art Fair called Art on the Prom which had suffered a 4 year hiatus due to the pandemic. Now in its 17th year, the fantastic art bonanza took place once again in September 2023 showcasing 90 local artists and crafters. It was a huge success drawing a crowd of approximately 8,000 people and generating an estimated £45,000 worth of art sales. The event gained fantastic support from sponsors, the local council, and the general public. As an organisation, we were thrilled to have been able to work with the council and the BID to bring back this much-loved event and turn the project into a viable, sustainable event for future years.
